1. Introduction

Welcome to 360 Nutrition. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our website 360nutrition.eg (“Site”), our services (“Services”), and your purchase of our gummy supplements and related products (“Products”).

By accessing the Site or purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws, including Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181/2018.

2. Eligibility & Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account or placing an order.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Any activity under your account is your responsibility unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized use. 

3. Products & Health Disclaimer

  • Our Products are dietary supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medication, or have any medical condition.
  • Product descriptions and images are provided for information only. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that information is error-free

4. Orders, Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes (e.g., VAT).
  • Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We accept payments via Visa and Cash on Delivery
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location.
  • We ship within Egypt and may expand internationally (if applicable).
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

We comply with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law:

6.1 Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us at support@360nutrition.eg.

6.2 Returns (Non-Defective Products)

  • Our items are non-returnable due to the nature of the product.

6.3 Defective or Damaged Products

  • In the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered, you can contact us within 10 days of delivery for a resolution. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

6.4 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days after receiving returned Products

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including trademarks, designs, logos, images, and text, is owned by or licensed to 360 Nutrition.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written permission

8. User Content (Reviews & Submissions)

  • If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • You must not submit unlawful, offensive, or misleading content

9. Third-Party Links

Our Site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Access is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Products.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, health claims, or business interruption.

You agree to indemnify and hold 360 Nutrition harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our Site, Products, or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by Egyptian courts

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this Site with the “Effective Date.” Continued use of our Site or Products means you accept the revised Terms.
